By becoming Embedded with your Studio, we get to really learn and understand your culture, aims, loves and what makes you tick. Getting under the bonnet, and working directly with your Hiring Managers enables us to find, attract and ultimately retain the best talent for your Studio, in a time and cost efficient manner.
You will have a dedicated Account Manager who will have daily contact with your Studio, and a shared Slack channel for regular comms, whilst utilising our market-leading suite of tools and tech, which enable us to provide the best candidates on the market.
Your Account Manager will provide weekly MI reporting and provide statistics on new candidates generated, CVs submitted, interviews, offers and placements, as well as other data you might like to receive.
We have a global reach, and can help advise on procurement of contractors or FTEs in countries around the World, and have partnerships with leading Employer of Record firms enabling you to hire in countless locations around the Globe.
We charge an agreed monthly fee, working out at £6k per hire (£8k in the US), for a minimum 3 month term, and can flex up or down, depending on requirements and volumes.

Myke Parrott, CEO
Myke has worked in the recruitment industry now for over 15 years, landing in the Gaming industry nearly 10 years ago, as the CEO and Founder of GameLogic. Myke and his firm have placed hundreds of fantastic gaming professionals, who have gone on to contribute to titles such as Call of Duty, Fall Guys, Elder Scrolls, Civilisation, Assassin’s Creed and many more! After helping Rik’s old firm, MPG successfully scale significantly during their growth period, Myke got together with Rik to launch ‘Embedded’. Away from work, Myke is an avid sports fan, watching his beloved Portsmouth FC as a season ticket holder with his 2 daughters, and spending time in the Surrey Hills on his road bike. Favourite games include Football Manager, Call of Duty, the Pro Evo series, Tekken and Unreal Tournament.
Rik Alexander, Chairman
With nearly 30 years of experience creating games in many roles from QA, Creative Producer, Game Director, Studio head and for the last 18 years building his own businesses (some more successful than others!) Rik’s honed his skills to create companies that can help other games teams become successful or be more successful. He loves a mega spreadsheet to get his head around and can usually be found tapping away on his PC generating ideas or refining numbers. He’s made and been involved with many games over the years and some of his favourites are: Various MotoGP games, Rollercoaster tycoon, The Last Leviathan, and frogger (Hasbro Interactive’s version). Rik met Myke as the CEO of GameLogic, when they helped MPG scale astronomically over the years, and has now joined GameLogic as Chairman, to help replicate that success with other Studios!
